China-Japan-Korea Symposium 2013
Message from Chairman

On the behalf of the Organization Committee of the 2013 China-Japan-Korea Symposium on Analytical Chemistry (CJK 2013), it is my pleasure to officially announce that the symposium will be held on August 22-25, at Fukuoka and Nagasaki, JAPAN. This symposium is supported by some discussion groups of Japan Society for Analytical Chemistry (JSAC) and JSAC itself. This symposium will be held on the special session on the Twelfth Asian Conference on Analytical Sciences (ASIANALYSIS XII). CJK 2013 is the 10th symposium, then we are planning to cerebrate 10th anniversary with all participants. You are cordially invited to participate in this meaningful symposium.
Contributions are welcome for oral and poster presentations at the CJK 2013, concerning all aspects of analytical chemistry & related techniques and applications. It’s extraordinarily chance to attend ASIANALYSIS and discuss with many Asian researchers at same period, same place.

Information for the registration
Lecture & Poster will be open as a special session in ASIANALYSIS on August 23.
The registration required to the ASIANALYSIS but please note, all CJK attendees never pre-register on the website on ASIANALYSIS except Japan. China and Korean participants pre-register following secretary by e-mail before July 30.

Pre-registration are managed through CJK secretary to ASIANALYSIS committee.
(Pre-registered CJK attendee will accept on-site payment by cash (JPY))

Japanese attendee, pre-register ASIANALYSIS web site and identify CJK symposium lecture and/or poster presentation or just attend (no presentation). Please inform your registration information to Prof. Hiroshi Sato and Dr. Tsuneaki Maeda by e-mail.

Submission of the abstract
Submission of the CJK symposium must be followed ASIANALYSIS “How to submit” but use CJK abstract template. CJK symposium will prepare the symposium abstract book. Abstract submit via e-mail to Prof. Hiroshi Sato (e-mail : satoh@niu.go.jp) and c.c. to Dr. Tsuneaki Maeda (maeda-t@aist.go.jp). Deadline for submission is May 31.
　
Registration fee for the 10th Anniversery event
10th Anniversary Ceremony will open at Fukuoka on August 24. Then move to Nagasaki and 10th Anniversary event will be open at Nagasaki. Any attendee can join to the 10th Anniversary Ceremony at Fukuoka, free.
The additional registration fee for the 10th Anniversary event is required. It include transportation from Fukuoka to Nagasaki, accommodation at Nagasaki and special night event) 
Registration fee : 15000JPY (pay on site, advanced registration required)

Special Registration fee (not include transportation fee to Nagasaki and Hotel at Nagasaki) : 8000JPY (pay on site, advances registration required, attend the special event only.).
